End the Stigma

Mental illness has such a stigma people often do not share their struggles or struggles of their children with those closest to them. Seeking help from a professional is perceived as a sign of weakness. Therefore, many push through daily tasks alone.

This last year has been very trying on all of us. If you are suffering from mental illness, just know you are not alone and there are services available. Do not be afraid to ask for help for you or a loved one. You are loved and you are STRONG!

If the stigma of mental illness has prevented you from opening your heart to someone struggling, please take the time to listen or learn. Together, we can end the stigma!
